Promoter / Hospitality Notice: Please review all dietary restrictions below prior to the show date. If hot meal preparation is unavailable on-site, a dinner buyout of £15.00 per head (£75.00 total) is due in cash upon band arrival at load-in.

2. Stage & Performance Essentials
- 6x Clean Black Stage Towels placed on stage before soundcheck.
- 12x 500ml Bottled Waters placed by amp stacks and drum riser.
- Safe, grounded power drops (minimum 4x UK 240V 13A sockets) at stage left, stage right, and drum riser.
3. Dressing Room Beverages
- 24x Chilled high-quality local craft lager or IPA (cans/bottles)
- 12x 500ml Still mineral water bottles (room temp + chilled)
- 1x 70cl Bottle Kentucky Bourbon or Irish Whiskey (Jameson / Bulleit)
- 6x Cans Fever-Tree Ginger Beer / Tonic water
- 1x Carton Barista Oat Milk (Oatly or Minor Figures)
- Hot water kettle, English Breakfast & Peppermint tea, organic honey
4. Green Room Snacks & Fruit
- Fresh organic fruit bowl (Bananas, honeycrisp apples, clementines)
- Hummus dip with corn tortilla chips (Gluten-Free) & warm pita bread
- Assorted roasted salted nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts)
- High quality dark chocolate (70%+ cacao)
5. Dressing Room Security
Private, secure, lockable room with minimum 6 chairs, clean full-length mirror, functioning power outlets, trash/recycling bins, and direct access to stage.
